The room is small, but quiet and comfortable. The staff are wonderful!

My partner and I stayed for a weekend in January 2026, and it was truly excellent. The breakfast is delicious, the staff are very friendly, and there’s parking. It’s close to the city center, so you don’t need the car to go shopping. You can order dinner through an app or eat at the hotel. A gem just steps from the center. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, HOTEL BELLO!!!

Everything else was fine, but we had to ask to change from a double room to one with single beds because the mattress was misshapen and uncomfortable. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in the shower. We later learned the area is often considered dangerous. Don’t go downtown for dinner on a Sunday, almost nothing is open then.

The location makes getting around easy. From Zenteno Street, buses and shared taxis can take you to a mall or just about any shopping center in Temuco, and Rodríguez Street is only around four blocks away for a pleasant walk. The hotel is affordable and feels safe, with really friendly staff. I also enjoyed the trees and views along Barros Arana Street. Great value, and especially handy if you're visiting the city for the first time.
