Good value for the money, with modern facilities. The Wi-Fi could be quicker.

Even though the restaurant was open and still serving guests, they had run out of food to prepare. When guests tried to use the dining area to eat delivery orders, the server refused and came across as arrogant. We were left eating on our beds in an area that wasn't permitted for meals. Poor management.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was a full American-style spread, and the service was excellent. There was hot water, a strong shower, and a bathtub. The TV was smart, and the restaurant on site offered various dishes at very good prices.

We waited almost two hours at our table, from 10 PM until midnight, and nobody came to serve us. We're a family with two elderly people, and staff were serving customers who arrived after us. We raised it with them several times, but nobody took responsibility or even apologized. The restaurant service was appalling. I wouldn't recommend the hotel when there are better options nearby.

The location by the Plaza de Armas is excellent for shopping downtown, and the hotel itself is very nice. But I had a bad experience at reception with Edgardo Matus. He was dismissive and unpleasant, charged me an extra $50 without giving me a receipt, and hung up on me several times when I called from my room, as soon as he heard my accent.
