Lafquen

The room was clean and comfortable, and the owners made us feel welcome with their friendly, attentive service. The area is quiet and feels safe, with good public transport links. I stayed here with my family, and we’d recommend it if you want somewhere peaceful away from the noise and bustle of the city center.

Getting here was easy, and the neighborhood felt quiet and family-friendly. We didn’t have a car, but public transport stops right outside the hostel. Inside, it felt welcoming, and the staff were attentive whenever we had questions. Our room and bathroom were both comfortable and very clean. I’d definitely recommend it.

We came for a tennis tournament with my son at Germán Becker Stadium, which is right beside the accommodation, about a five-minute walk away. The rooms were nice, everything was clean, and the beds, pillows, and bathroom were all good. The owners gave us great service. Thanks, Mariluz and Nelson. Greetings from Camilo and Alejandro. We’ll be back.

This would have been great value if the owner had explained the IVA exemption for foreigners paying in dollars. She either didn’t know about the 19% charge or acted as if she didn’t. I had to step in and insist that it not be charged, even though I had the printed Booking voucher with that information.
