Cumbres Apart

The view was beautiful, and it was a quiet little town. A grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, boutique shops, and other essentials are nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, and the space works well for three or four people. There's a small kitchenette with a fridge, oven, microwave, and sink, plus the basics for making a light meal.

The place was super clean, in a great location, and run by a friendly family. Loved staying here and only wished we had more time.

We had amazing views and were right in the center, with a very comfortable place to stay. The hosts were accommodating and kept our luggage for a day. Communication over WhatsApp was good. I wish we'd stayed longer.

We stayed in a spacious studio on the top floor, with a great ocean view and simple, modern decor. It had blackout shades that helped with the long summer days. The bathroom included body soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a towel warmer. The kitchen had everything for simple meals, including basics like salt, pepper, and oil. We also used the laundry service. They returned more than 10 kilos of laundry in under eight hours, compared with the 32 hours some other laundromats in town had quoted. There's on-site parking, plus a nice garden and a greenhouse with a sitting area facing the ocean. We'd happily stay here again if we come back to Puerto Natales. This is a cute, boutique-style place rather than exactly a hotel. You need to contact the property 24 hours before check-in day to arrange check-in. Once we reached the right people, communication was great.
