Cabañas Ultima Esperanza

The cabanas are quite small, but for a low price it's a decent place. It's about a 10-minute walk from the center.

Check-in was smooth, the location was good for walking to nearby restaurants, and the rooms were fairly spacious. The internet worked well too. But the apartment smelled strongly of mold, and the odor had sunk into the sofa and other furnishings. It was run down and poorly maintained, with a sticky floor and broken tiles. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. At this price, some issues are tolerable, but the smell and lack of cleanliness are hard to overlook.

We stayed four nights, and the cabin was rundown, with several broken items and a dirty interior. Even the staircase was under construction. We didn't feel comfortable at all. We asked management for a cleaner house, but they did nothing and acted as if they hadn't noticed the problems. They did respond to some of my messages about a new arrival date. Heating and internet were the only things that worked perfectly. One star out of five.

The only real plus was being within walking distance of the city center. The cabins were run down and dingy, with very poor equipment and not even a closet. Hot water was often unavailable too. Unfortunately, this accommodation was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it.
