The room was spacious, and the hot shower was good. The hotel is central, near lots of restaurants and the waterfront, and some rooms have water views. They serve breakfast at 6 a.m. for people catching early buses to Torres del Paine, keep your luggage during a hike, and can call a taxi to the bus station. Good service.

A handy place to crash after a long day trip. It’s in the city center, easy for walking around, and fairly close to a grocery store and the lake. The room was fairly clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was spartan, and the Wi-Fi was temperamental. Decent for a three-star hotel.

We thought this was as good as it gets for the area. It’s family run, with great service and a great location. We left our bags there while hiking the W and found everything just as we’d left it. Staff spoke English for the most part. The beds were soft, and some amenities you’d typically find in US hotels weren’t there. Still, the service and location made up for those things for us, so we gave it five stars.
