The location was good, the sheets were clean and soft, and the heating worked well. But the room wasn't cleaned often enough, and staff came in several times without knocking or announcing themselves. They skipped cleaning on 50% of our stay and didn't replace toilet paper even when I asked directly. The phone number posted in the front window didn't respond to calls or messages. The Wi-Fi had a strong signal in the far area but no internet, and the quality was very low for the price. I do NOT recommend it.

The staff were so kind and helpful. When we left early for the Torres del Paine hike, they even put together a special package with breakfast and hiking essentials. The regular breakfast was delicious, the rooms spotless, and the location excellent. Highly recommended!

We happened to walk by and stop for lunch, and I'm glad we did. I met the owner, Nauri, and the food was exceptional, fresh, and flavorful. We had ginger and carrot soup and falafel, which worked well for the several vegetarians in our group. I wish we'd known about the restaurant earlier, since we'd have loved to go for dinner too. Highly recommend it for the food and service!

The breakfast was great, and the place was cozy and comfortable. The hosts and staff were caring and really nice. It's close to downtown but far enough away to stay quiet, about 1.5 clocks from the water with a good view.

This is a review of the CAFE only, not the hotel. You can walk right in even if you're not staying there. It's a warm, cozy space with lots of natural wood, good coffee, and really tasty cakes. We tried the raspberry cake, which was delicious, and the very rich chocolate cake. Prices were very reasonable, not even 10% more than nearby pastry stores for the same quality and portion sizes. Highly recommended as a cafe.
