Catherine was the heart of this stay. She was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, always quick to respond. She even picked us up herself from the bus terminal and arranged a delicious breakfast every day, taking our dietary needs into account. Every detail felt thoughtful. The cabin was spotless when we arrived, with very comfortable beds, and it was easy to relax. The location was convenient and peaceful, and we especially enjoyed the pool. The amenities and little touches around the house made the experience feel special. The animals on the property were adorable and very well-behaved, adding a charming touch. We'd happily return and absolutely recommend it.

The only thing to think about is the location if you don't have a car. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay. The hostess was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the place was clean and well maintained. After a long day hiking, the heated pool was very nice, and breakfast was a great bonus. Thanks for the fantastic service!

Catherine is an exceptional host. She was happy to make or get anything we needed, and the breakfast she prepared was delicious. The pool was surprisingly big and lovely and warm, perfect for relaxing for half an hour after two days hiking in Torres Del Paine. The chalets are just out of town, so it's quiet and safe, but only a 5 minute Uber ride to the restaurants and village. They're very clean and warm, with radiators that dry wet clothes quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was adequate if you want to cook. A perfect place to stay in Natales.

The owner’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our house was comfortable, always warm, and in immaculate condition, and the whole property was spotless. The heated pool was perfectly clean and a great way to recover our muscles after a day in torres del paine. Breakfast felt luxurious, with fresh eggs from the owner's hen house, and Dorothy, one of the adorable guardian dogs, was just the best ❤️ The location was excellent and perfectly quiet for a restful sleep. We genuinely have nothing to criticize. Angelica's place completely surpassed our expectations, and I'd highly recommend it to international visitors.

The cabin is a good size, and being outside the city gives it more of a Patagonia vacation feel and feels safer. Breakfast served in the room was perfect, the host was super attentive, and their restaurant was fantastic. Just keep the location in mind: there's a small taxi price increase because you're outside the city, and you need to coordinate directly with tour operators after booking to confirm the location. It's only a 5 minutes drive to the center.
