The property had everything we needed, and the host was great. Toto the dog was a cute bonus too :)

Right in the centre of Puerto Natales, you get a little house of your own with a kitchen and everything else you need.

We had a terrible stay. The cabins were dirty and poorly furnished, with worn carpets infested with insects, pots with loose handles, and torn curtains. They didn't give us a receipt or other proof for the $180,000 stay, or for the supposed room sanitization. There were no health checks when passengers arrived, no temperature checks or health passport requirement, and the rooms weren't sanitized. While we were there, my partner tested positive for COVID. They charged us double, then added another $25,000 for sanitizing the room, which made it seem that cleaning only happened in cases like ours. This place wasn't clean or sanitized and didn't follow the protocols required by the authorities.

The cabin was warm and cozy, just what we needed to unwind after our lovely walks. The owner suggested several places to visit, which helped since my family and I didn't know the area. They cleaned whenever we went out for a walk, and the service was excellent from arrival to departure. Such a pleasant stay, I'd give it ten stars. We'd return without hesitation 😊
