We booked in May 2025 for a December 2025 trip, with one night before Torres del Paine and three nights after returning. Both bookings were made well in advance. On the first stay, the hotel seemed well appointed and the service was pleasant, though the area was noisy and there was construction outside our room. We left our bags there and told them we’d be back. While we were in Torres del Paine, the hotel emailed to say our later booking had been canceled because of payment issues. We had already paid for the first booking with the same credit card. With no cell reception in the park, we couldn’t update the payment details, and came back to find ourselves without a place to stay in a town that was almost fully booked. We were left considering renting a tent from a local rental agency and walking to the edge of town. At 7 PM, we couldn’t find any accommodation in town or within a 1.5-2-hour drive. I can’t stress enough how stressful that was. Other reviewers have mentioned similar problems, which makes this especially concerning. It’s reckless and could leave guests stranded. After all the planning and effort a trip like this takes, it’s deeply disappointing that what seems like a small oversight by the hotel could derail the whole experience. We used the same card for later bookings and throughout the rest of our trip without any issues, so the problem likely came from the hotel’s end. This service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s commitment to its guests.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, but the service fell short of what we expected. We couldn’t sleep well for three nights because of noise from the restaurant next door and construction work. There was no hot water for two days, so we couldn’t shower. We also got charged for breakfast on the last day, even though we were told it was included for free. And the receptionist was very poor at communicating, with none of our messages answered.

The little kitchen area was nice, and they brought containers with breakfast, including fruit, eggs, granola and juice. The location is great, right on the main street in Puerto Natales and close to everything you need.

The rooms are adorable, and I loved the look of the place. The beds were comfortable too. We arrived in the evening, and their office stays open until midnight for late arrivals. It’s well located, close to everything: we walked to the grocery store, dinner and ice cream. We picked up breakfast at the little pastry/ice cream shop next door. A great base camp for Patagonia, definitely recommend staying here.
