The rooftop common area was a favorite, with lovely views across the city and water. Breakfast was excellent too, with fresh fruit and vegetables, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, yogurt, breads, and both hot and cold cereal. We spent four nights here, around our trek in Torres Del Paine. It’s an easy short walk to the main bus station, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. They pointed us to places to get a power adapter and find a reliable ATM. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a soft, neatly made bed. We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in Puerto Natales.

The rooms were spacious and really clean, and breakfast was nice. The brothers were so helpful when I changed my itinerary. Even though their hotel had no room available, they booked me somewhere nearby, arranged for my bags to be sent over, and made sure they were collected too. They also helped with bus tickets, a SIM card, and exchanging money.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were the reason I liked this hotel. They were helpful with everything, and Lev went out of his way to assist me. Just be aware that the walls are thin, so you can hear people walking around and talking next door. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a fine place to stay. It’s 2-3 blocks from the center, a nice walk after a meal.

We were close to the restaurants and shops we needed before heading out on the W trek, and the rooms were clean. The staff were lovely and attentive to our group, even working around our breakfast schedule and getting our laundry back incredibly quickly. We also really liked the community room on the top floor. Had a great stay at Sheuen.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and around when needed. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport, six blocks from the town square, and a few blocks from the waterfront, though you’ll walk a bit to get to most places. If I returned, I’d probably choose somewhere closer to the town center. From the street it looks like an ordinary house in a slightly rundown part of this small town. Behind it, there’s a multi-level building with several rooms and private bathrooms. It seems to have been a hostel before an upgrade turned it into an official hotel. The rooms are spacious, reasonably clean, and very basic. You need a key fob for the building and your room, and losing it costs $25. Radiators provide the heat, but they seemed to switch off in the daytime and come on at night. The beds are hostel-style and on wheels. I found mine comfortable, though people who are particular about firmness, have back issues, or expect a hotel bed might not. The shower looks fancy and high-tech, but it’s cramped and the water pressure is weak. The water is hot. As in many bathrooms around here, they ask you not to flush toilet paper. In 2026, putting used paper in a bin without a plastic liner seems crazy and unhygienic. They promptly gave me a liner when I asked. WiFi is available but not especially fast. That may be fine if you’re here to explore Patagonia, but it could be frustrating if you need to work while traveling. You have to give the hotel a breakfast time, which is understandable for a small place with limited staff, including some traveling nomads working there for the experience. There aren’t many food options, but staff will make fresh scrambled eggs if you ask. Breakfast is sufficient, if not flashy. Coffee machine access is limited to breakfast hours; water, hot water, and a selection of teas are available until 10 pm. I’d say it’s a decent fit for solo travelers, couples, and people on a budget, but not anyone looking for comfort or luxury.
