The breakfast was generous, with fresh and homemade items. There were also plenty of places to sit and little nooks in the shared areas. Our room was on the small side, and the shower needed repair. We only stayed a short time, but were comfortable.

We stayed five nights im Hotel If, right in the center of Puerto Natales. The room had what we needed and a cozy bed, plus the bathroom was very spacious. We got there early in the morning and waited an hour for the room, which was fine. Internet was very slow, though that’s common in Latin America. We tried the sauna in the garden, but the hot tub was broken. A good hotel that we can recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made room for early starts at breakfast. The bathroom was tiny, there was no air conditioning, and nights were noisy. Leave your key if you want the room cleaned.
