The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the bus terminal and 10 minutes from the town center. Don Ricardo, the owner, is a pleasant man who speaks English, and his nephew Carlos speaks impeccable English. The place feels welcoming and safe, and is very clean and well kept. Rooms are warm and comfortable. A simple breakfast with scrambled eggs is included in the rate. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting P Natales.

They looked after our luggage while we trekked in Torres del Paine, and we stayed at the Hallef both before and after the trek. The staff were always friendly and very happy to help. The rooms are clean, too. A good choice when visiting Puerto Natales, and I'd recommend it.

The staff were really nice, and we enjoyed staying here. It feels like home, is very clean, and has a good breakfast. The hotel is beautiful.

Our queen room was spacious and had a nice mountain view. It was clean and quiet, too. The front desk guys were very nice and helpful. One of them didn't speak English, but that caused us no trouble.

Breakfast was tasty, with fresh eggs and amazing coffee, and the rooms were clean and warm. The staff were friendly. It's a five-minute walk from the bus station, and the 24-hour concierge made late check-in possible when we returned from Torres del Paine park. Absolutely worth the price.
