We stayed here twice, once before and once after the W trek in Patagonia, and were comfortable on both visits. Self check-in was very straightforward, and we could pay by card on arrival. Karina was very responsive and arranged a taxi to the airport when we checked out, which we really appreciated. The place was very clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and the bathroom had nice-smelling shampoo and conditioner. It's about a 20-30 minute walk from most shops and rental stores in Puerto Natales, but that didn't bother us. Donde Yeyos, a fast food place down the street, is great.

The apartment was very clean, and the host was nice. They even offered secure parking for our motorcycles. It's in a quiet neighborhood, a bit far to walk downtown, but a cheap Uber ride gets you back and forth.

I booked through Expedia, showed up, and they had no availability. Ridiculous. The reservation was under two different names.
