After just one night of a five-night stay, we had to leave when we questioned an incorrect 19% tax charge that doesn’t apply to tourists. The manager got defensive and changed our Booking.com reservation to say we’d checked out, effectively canceling the rest of our stay without our consent. We were suddenly left without accommodation and had to abandon our plans to find somewhere else. Reviews about the manager’s lack of professionalism seem accurate. The room itself was acceptable, but the walls are extremely thin and noise carries easily. I’d strongly caution other travelers before booking here.

They really do think of hikers here. Breakfast was included and available before 6am when we had to leave, and hot water and coffee were there 24/7. We could also leave some luggage for 10 days while we did the O circuit. The place was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe, with private rooms and ensuite bathrooms for 50,000 pesos. The hot breakfast was a plus, and the customer service was excellent. Great city-center location, within a 10-minute walk of the bus station and a 10-minute drive to the airport. There’s a big grocery store just around the corner and the artisan center across the street. Great value, highly recommend!

Payment is by cash or transfer. There’s no kitchen, but hot water is available for tea or coffee. You can hear everything from the other rooms, though the place is clean and the bathroom is perfect, with hot water. I liked the breakfast because it means you can leave whenever you want and still have something in your stomach.

The room was cozy and the location was great, but there were old socks and an empty bottle in it when we arrived. We also found a dead fly on our breakfast plate. The shower head wouldn’t stay attached to the wall, and breakfast was odd because it’s left out all night, so the yoghurt was warm and runny.

We came back here after visiting Torres Del Paine. It was a great place to stay in Puerto Natales, close to everything, with good rooms, helpful staff, and a fair price.
