The beds were comfortable, and the small rooms made clever use of space, with storage under the beds. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh bread, a range of meats and cheese, granola, tea, and coffee. The male front desk staff member was incredibly accommodating. He helped us choose a hike, talk with our Uber driver about arranging a pickup afterward since our Spanish wasn’t great, and manage our bags. There’s also a small shop with a few souvenirs, which was a nice extra. We’d definitely come back. Book early, since the price rises quite a bit as high season approaches.

There’s a tour desk here, and they have coffee and cookies available around the clock. My room was small but clean and comfortable, and I liked the design. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was simple and nice. I enjoyed my stay.

It’s a quiet place to relax, unwind, and have some privacy. We tried both the dorms and private rooms, and they were excellent, quite luxurious by hostel standards. The hostel isn’t very social, so that may not suit everyone, but it worked well for us. Everything was super clean, and the beds and furnishings felt modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially Connie, who helped us several times with translations and booking things to do around town. Her English is excellent and made everything much easier.

The ladder to the top bunk in our private four-bed dorm was between the beds, which made climbing down tricky, especially for someone short like me at 5’2”. We stayed here before and after the W trek, and left our luggage during the hike for 3,000 pesos per bag per day. The staff were friendly, answered our questions, and helped us call taxis to the bus terminal and airport. The hostel has a clean, modern design and is near restaurants and a coffee shop, with the market about a 10-minute walk away. It’s around a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. We enjoyed our stay.
