Marcos, the owner, really made a difference. He was polite and always around to help with questions or requests. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was a big plus that it was available at 6 a.m., even for an early departure. The hotel sits centrally, and a taxi to or from the airport costs 10k Peso. The room was worn, the washroom tiny, the heating system outdated and soundproofing poor, though the basics were covered. This isn't a star-class hotel, more somewhere between a hostal and a hotel. You get what you pay for, and at this price there were no complaints, especially in a tourist place like Puerto Natales. It's a spot to come back to after a hectic day at the Torres Del Paine and flop onto the bed.

The older gentleman who worked there was especially kind and polite, and made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the breakfast too, and there's a lovely rooftop spot to relax. Hostal Reymar is clean and cozy, with a good location in Puerto Natales. I had a great stay.

The family running the hostel were welcoming, and the staff friendly. Its location is handy, with an airport shuttle straight to the property and just a 10-minute walk to the main bus station. Still, I wouldn't stay again. The building is very old, with weak soundproofing and an outdated heating system. Our twin room had undersized single beds, and the oversized fitted sheets kept coming loose overnight. Cleaning could also have been more thorough. The shower room was extremely cramped, with a tiny shower space and a curtain that felt like it was in the way. Breakfast was very basic.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and they were cleaned daily. It is a little dated, but the heaters in every room were great on cold evenings. We had a fantastic three nights at Hostal Reymar. Marco and the team were so friendly and accommodating, even putting breakfast out 30 minutes early when we had to catch a bus. The location is ideal, about a 10-minute walk from the main bus stop and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The room and bathroom had lots of dust and someone else's hair, and the accommodation looks like it dates from the early 90s and hasn't been renovated since. We really didn't like it. Luckily, Señor Marco let us cancel the remaining five days after just one night. At 50-60 € per night, the value wasn't good at all. Don Marco himself was super kind and helpful.
