The room was spread over 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms and comfortable beds, so it worked perfectly for our family trip. The kitchenette was great for making dinner and preparing lunch for our hikes. I was surprised that they tidied the room every day during our stay. Breakfast was really good, especially the fresh press juice and fruit. The downside was the upstairs bedroom heater, which didn't work well enough for the cold nights. The heater downstairs was fine. We stayed in room No.2.

A great place to stay either side of a hike. Our room was really clean, and the bus stop and town are within walking distance. Breakfast was great and started at 6am, so we could eat before our bus to Torres Del Paine. They stored our bags while we were trekking, let us check in early, and did our laundry for a small fee. The price and quality can't be beat, and I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

Getting to the bus station from Tratamundos is easy on foot, which was handy for our trips to Torres del Paine and el calafate. Franco and the rest of the staff were wonderful. We arrived around 10pm, and Franco stayed up to get us checked in. He also kept our bags while we were away on the W Trek. I’d highly recommend staying here in Puerto Natales.

The breakfast is generous and really good, and the staff are exceptionally helpful. We got a two story suite for surprisingly little, with two rooms and a full kitchen: fridge, two burners, oven, and even a microwave. There seem to be only about 8 rooms, so book if you can. From the street the place is a little hard to spot. It’s on the west side of Galvarino, although Google currently shows it on the east side. I submitted a correction. You won’t regret staying here.

The staff were the best part of our stay at Trotamundos. The women there were so kind, helping us check in, handing us a bunch of food for breakfast when we were rushing to catch the bus, and keeping our luggage for free. They really do their best to help. The rooms are big, clean enough from what I could tell, and well suited to families or groups. Ours had two bedrooms, a queen bed and two singles, plus a stove, fridge, cutlery, and other kitchen basics. The beds were super comfortable, though nearby dogs sometimes bark, so bring earplugs if noise bothers you. It’s about 8-10 minutes on foot to the bus terminal and around 15 minutes to “downtown,” a bit farther than some hotels. The front desk can call a taxi to or from the airport. We’d recommend Trotamundos for a Puerto Natales or Patagonia stay.
