There’s so much care in the decor, and the place itself is lovely. It has a café, chocolate shop, delicatessen, painting and canvas shop, natural products store, laser hair removal clinic, home decor shop, and restrooms. But when we visited at 3:30 on a Monday in peak summer, only the painting shop and café were open. We were especially disappointed because people had recommended the delicatessen’s products. Street parking is available.

The Saturday morning market by the lake is a lovely way to find local produce. There are fresh vegetables and what I think is the best bread in town, all in a beautiful setting.

There’s less to do here now than there used to be, with the café gone and some shops closed. Still, the delicatessen is well worth it for its excellent products. The owners sometimes put on gatherings, too, with delicious snacks delivered right to your door. I absolutely recommend that.

We tried a new spot in the gallery today, Alquimia Cafe. The staff were so friendly and took their time explaining the different coffees and desserts. It’s a cozy place, and they have some creative drinks, including coffee served in a cookie, which was delicious. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed for a few days in the suite on the third floor, and it was a fantastic experience. The garden and decor are gorgeous, and the place itself is beautiful. Vicky, the owner, was delightful and always ready to help with any questions or problems. We had breakfast there one day, and it was delicious. We’d happily return.
