The location works well for exploring, and the price is fair. The cabins are clean and comfortable, though several things need maintenance: some doors stick or won’t close right, there are stains on the living room sofa, and cables from unused equipment have been left around. One bedroom has two TVs and another has none. Contacting the host, mostly on WhatsApp, was slow and a bit inattentive. The cabins could use more care.

Maybe December is still off season, because we had the little place to ourselves. The homes are cute. The hot water came and went, but I didn’t mind.

The setting is the best part, with great views and a lovely park. But cabin number two needs upkeep: the faucets, kitchen utensils, bedroom and bathroom door locks, and shower temperature all had issues. There’s a WhatsApp number because owners or caretakers can’t be disturbed, but replies were slow and didn’t always fix missing items or other problems. Over our four-night stay, we had to contact them nearly every day or keep checking for an answer. With a bit more attention to the facilities and friendlier service, this could be very good.
