A lovely little hideaway, with friendly owners who were helpful and accommodating.

It felt like being in my own home. Comfortable rooms, parking, a fair price, and a good breakfast. The location is good too. You can ask to use the Spa and Jacuzzi, and I loved the Sauna. Very good.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... We booked through a friend, but when we arrived the place was closed. Someone who seemed to be a friend of the owners was there, while the owners were on holidays. There was no wifi and no heating. The owners had decided to turn off the boiler because we were the only guests. It was late, so we gave it a chance anyway, which was a bad decision. The night was really, really cold. With nobody around, it seemed the owners had left the dogs to look after the property, and they barked nonstop. Breakfast was literally frozen cheese and ham in a fridge in the common area, plus an industrial-size toaster. There was no hot water either, so no shower. We had booked three nights, but left because the person in charge, who wasn't at the property then, didn't know how to fix the hot water. To my surprise, the owners charged us for all three nights. I complained several times about the two extra nights, since we did spend the first night there despite the horrible experience. They replied that we'd just left without an explanation. There was nobody there... and I'm not sure what else they expected us to do with no heating, no hot water, and frozen breakfast. It's been five months and I still haven't got my money back. I told the owners I'd respectfully wait a few months, hoping they'd reconsider, before posting this here. I've checked other websites and it seems this isn't the first time they've done the same to clients. BE AWARE
