The location is good, and the apartment is clean and spacious, with parking and a fantastic shower. But there were a lot of problems. The Wi-Fi was awful: it dropped out in some areas, and in others I couldn't connect at all. Even moving a meter made it disappear. There were no towels, shampoo, or detangler, and the owner's response about the towels made no sense. The apartment is upstairs, and the motion-sensor light on the stairs lights up the whole place when you get up to use the bathroom. The wooden floor is noisy, and there are no bedside lamps. Just for reference, I don't think bidets are found in apartments in Chile.

From the apartment you can see the surrounding volcanoes, and secure parking is included. It's only 600 meters from the mall, right in the center, and the price is convenient. The unit is on the 3rd floor of an older building, with recycled materials in the finish. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. These great cabins are just steps from downtown Puerto Varas, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, YouTube, and Netflix for the evenings. 100% recommended!
