Cabanas y Piscina Rucamalen

My kids spent all day in the pool, which was easily their favorite part. The scenery is a marvel, and the facilities fit beautifully with the natural surroundings. The cabin was immaculate and had plenty of equipment for the number of people staying. The kitchenware was outstanding, the appliances a 7 out of 10, and both the beds and towels came with good quality, clean linens. The water temperature for bathing was never a problem, and I never had to hunt around for a fork or glass. For a homemaker looking to relax, those little things really matter. The owner was incredible, even preparing an order herself at an unusual time and bringing it to the cabin with great care. Café prices were reasonable, nothing outrageous like at some other places. And my kids miss Sara! Nothing more to add, 100% recommended. We’ll make use of the off-season to visit more often and unwind. Congrats on the excellent service and the quality of everything. It’s an ideal treat if you have the money 💰.

There’s direct access to the lake, and every cabin has its own grill. The cabins are very comfortable, with a high level of hotel service, and the bedding and pillows are good. You can order food for delivery, or pick up groceries at a store along the road. The pool is large, but it has too much chlorine. That could use improvement.

A heated pool makes this a lovely place to unwind in winter. It’s peaceful, very beautiful, and the view of the volcano is privileged. The service is very good.

The cabins are right on the lake, with a splendid view of Osorno volcano. There’s a secure gate about 1km away, though, and the guard is rarely at the post to open it. That causes major problems.
