Excellent location, though downtown is a 30-minute walk away.

We stayed with three children and had plenty of room in the much larger than usual rooms. The price was unbeatable, and the beds at Hotel Terrazas Del Lago were more comfortable than those in the pricier hotels we’d stayed at the nights before. It’s a little way out of town, but the walk is beautiful or it’s an easy couple-minute drive. Breakfast was tasty and free. We enjoyed the stay and would come again.

A bit run down, but clean. The staff are nice, and it meets the price.

The warm service stood out, from the receptionists to the cooks and gardener, and the breakfast was delicious, varied, and very complete. There were pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, hot milk, fresh bread, and more. The lovely farm is a must-see, and visiting the chickens in the morning is essential. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Puerto Varas waterfront and 10 meters from beautiful Lake Llanquihue. My only issue was that just two electrical outlets in my room worked; two others didn't, so they could check those. Aside from that, it's a 5-star hotel and an excellent choice for a stay in Puerto Varas. ❤️
