Hostal Climb House - Hostel

We were traveling in a camper van, and they let us park and use the facilities. Not every hostel allows that. They're embracing camper van travelers and expanding the parking spots, with more outlets planned there too. For digital nomads, the many outlets and mostly strong WiFi were a big plus. The common area and kitchen are airy and open, and everything was very clean, with the guys constantly sweeping and tidying. It's in a quieter area but still walkable to downtown. There's also a tour agency on the grounds where you can rent bikes and arrange expeditions. We didn't use the climbing wall, though it looked like people were having a great time.

We only got to stay one night and a morning, which was a shame. The hosts were active, helpful, and super friendly. The massive sports hall is full of action, and it's great to have a sports place to meet in Puerto Varas. I can only recommend the Climbhouse, with or without the sports activities!

The climbing hall and the little shop next door are great additions. You can rent good quality mountain bikes there, and the beds are comfortable. The facilities are good, and the people working here are really cool, nice, and helpful. It feels just like home. My favorite hostel in Chile so far.

We didn't want to leave. The Climbhouse is one of the most charming hostels we've ever stayed in, with a super comfortable bed in the matrimonial room, two good bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with almost everything you'd need. Everything looked new and clean. The staff are kind and make you feel at home. Surely one of the best options in Puerto Varas, absolutely recommended.
