We got a room upgrade because the place wasn't full, and the room had a nice private bathroom attached. The staff were friendly and explained the amenities. An excellent place to stay, I'd definitely recommend it.

The guy running the place was helpful and friendly. When my card didn't work, he kindly helped me book a bus ticket to bariloche. The rooms were good value, and breakfast was good too. It's a nice, peaceful location about a 25-minute walk along the lake from the main town. Would recommend.

I was given a complimentary room upgrade, so I ended up with a nice private bathroom. The place was clean and pleasant, and it's close to the lake.

The room felt tiny, with only about 60 cm of space on two sides of the bed. There was hair on the bedsheets, and they charged for those; the pillows had hair too, but they replaced them as well. The receptionist was really good and listened to our concerns with an open heart.

The owner gives you their full attention, and the service was the best we've had in Chile. The room was excellent and modern, and breakfast was very nice. This boutique hotel is the best of the best. We warmly recommend it.
