The location is stunning, but the hotel feels like it does the bare minimum because it has no competition there. Service had no charm, the food was poor, internet was unavailable, and the rooms were very basic. It feels as if nobody cares about the place, beyond making money from day trippers. The signposted walking trail was so overgrown that we couldn't get through. Breakfast was dreadful: no staff around, stale bread for toast, a little processed cheese and meat, cheap cereal, and no black tea. Lunch was an overpriced industrial buffet, and there are no other food options. The bar wouldn't take cash, although the restaurant did. We travel widely around Chile, and this was easily the worst place we've stayed. It doesn't represent Chile at all. With the hotel's monopoly at this location, people may have little choice, but I wouldn't stay overnight or eat here. Just continue to your destination, or go straight to Bariloche.

We paid about $140 USD for four people to have the lunch buffet, the included drink, and an extra water each. It was terrible value. Most of the buffet was empty or had been left out far too long. The mashed potatoes and a couple of other basic dishes were okay, so you could find something if hungry, but most of the food was bad. We stopped here during the lunch break on the CruceAndino tour from Bariloche to Chile. If you're taking that trip, I'd bring sandwiches, get snacks on the boat, and skip lunch at Natura. The servers were nice, and there was a good selection at the dessert bar, but most desserts were dry and tasted stale.

The place is beautifully set, with very clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, several lounges, and fireplaces. The location is superb, though without competition it has some quirks and doesn't quite meet city standards. Still, we had a wonderful stay.

We only ate lunch here, and it wasn't very good or enough food for the price. I guess they charge that much because it's the only place to get lunch. We had freshly made sushi in Puerto Varas for dinner, and it was both cheaper and better.

The dining room is really cool, and our room was nice, though not up to the same standard as the dining room. The food was lovely. It was expensive, but we didn't have other options: the other hotel in Puella was being completely refurbished, and there were no signs pointing to the campsite that apparently exists.
