Theresa was a wonderful host, happy to answer our questions and making a lovely breakfast each morning with fresh juice and jams. When it was raining on the morning we were leaving for Argentina, she kindly offered to drive us to the bus station. We stayed three nights. The comfy bed was in a quiet area where we could sleep soundly, but town's hustle and bustle was still an easy walk away.

The house is cosy, and the breakfast was the best we had in all of Chile. John and his family were amazing hosts, with helpful recommendations for Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt. You can call them to plan your stay, and you may even get a better price than online. We'll definitely come back!

It's outside the city center, which makes it peaceful and inviting, though the views aren't especially beautiful. The hostel is owner-run and quite cosy, with a spacious, very clean en-suite bathroom. Breakfast is varied and substantial. The walls could do a better job of keeping noise from other rooms out. The parking lot is small, and they ask you to leave your keys so they can move your vehicle, though street parking is usually easy enough.

Puerto Varas has a lot of traffic, so this location worked perfectly for us. We left the car parked and walked to the center. The room was always clean and tidy, and breakfast was very complete. We loved the place and the location, 100% recommended.

Teresa and Jeremy pay close attention to the details and take excellent care of the place. Everything is always clean, and the breakfasts are the best, with fruit, whole bean coffee, and other delicious things.
