The space worked perfectly for us as a couple travelling with our adult child. It was one of the most comfortable places we stayed during our travels in Chile. We arrived a little late in the evening, but the owners met us and made sure we had access and everything we needed. It's very clean, modern, conveniently located, and secure, with a wonderful view of the city and the straight. They even went out of their way to help with our laundry after the local laundry service had closed. Thank you again!

The sea-view room is the better choice, and the price was amazing. I stayed one night in November 2023 and could walk to the best parts of the city. The building looks new, and the space was large and clean. The hosts communicated well. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting punta arenas.

We spent a week here and it worked perfectly for us. The hosts replied quickly on WhatsApp. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including supermarkets, restaurants, and tour agencies. The apartment was clean, with a really comfy bed, a good hot shower, and a heater. There were also basic kitchen things like a kettle, toaster, microwave, plates, and more.

The staff got back to me really quickly, and the place was lovely and clean. I only wish they had shampoo, since I imagine most travelers don't carry it with them. I still loved staying here and would certainly recommend it.

Spotlessly clean, with an amazing shower, and close to the city center and its many restaurants. Puenta Arenas had this unexpected little gem.
