It’s close to the center, and the lady is really friendly. The shower was nice and hot, with good pressure, and shampoo and soap were free. There was free tea too, and the kitchen had everything I needed, including pans, an oven, a microwave, oil, and seasonings.

The hosts are so friendly and go out of their way to help. We felt like family, and it’s a good location. If you walk in or call to book, they charge less because they pass along the savings from not having to pay a website. We had a wonderful stay and came back for a second one. The owner is still amazing and makes you feel like family, though the bathroom and bed linens were dirty on that visit.

We arrived without a reservation, and the owners were so kind and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were cozy. After just one night, the owner had even introduced us to her mother, and they hugged and waved goodbye to us. The sweetest hostel owners. I’d highly recommend it!

The owners really made this place great. They paid attention to what I needed, arranged a taxi to the airport, and came to say goodbye when I left. The hostel is in a very accessible part of Punta Arenas and quiet enough for a good sleep. There’s hot water with good pressure, a good kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a nice area to hang out. Gracias hostal Aska!
