We were four people, and Carlos even found us another place when we couldn’t extend our cabin because they were all booked. We first contacted him through Wilitu and were able to stay in one of his cabins within an hour. He welcomed us in person and was always reachable on WhatsApp, which was very handy. The cabin was clean, fully equipped, and cozy, about a 10-minute walk from the city center. Carlos also let us leave our luggage for a few days while we went to Puerto Williams. Thanks for everything!

The owners are incredibly friendly, and the apartments are lovely and fully equipped. It’s a quiet area with a great location near both the city center and waterfront. The avenue also gives easy access to the free trade zone. Highly recommended.

We had a freezing night because the second room they moved us to had no heating. We couldn’t reach the owner or manager, and since we’d already paid, they didn’t seem to care about our comfort. The first room had used soap in the bathroom and unmade beds. After we complained, they moved us to a room that hadn’t been occupied before, only for us to discover the heating problem that night. Save yourself the miserable night and look elsewhere. There are some beautiful options.

The cabin was very comfortable for our group of four, and the cabins are in an accessible part of Punta Arenas. The staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

It’s a shame, because the location and facilities are good, but the service was terrible. On our first visit they turned the heating off at night, then didn’t answer when we tried to find out what was going on. I came back with a friend the second time after booking ahead, but no one attended to us when we arrived. We waited outside, then had to go find somewhere to stay at 9:30 pm.
