The breakfast and service were great, and there's a sweet, friendly cat too. I had a nice room, a comfy bed, and good facilities, all warm and comfortable. I love this place in Punta Arenas. It's not always easy to find somewhere reasonably priced around here that feels this comfortable, so I'd highly recommend it.

Felipe was kind and welcoming, and used Google Translate on his phone as soon as I said I couldn't understand Spanish, even though he doesn't speak much English. My room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and homely. I arrived early, but he got the room ready straight after the previous guest left, so I could have it by noon. He also packed breakfast for me when I had an early start, and was happy to have breakfast ready at 7am on the day I checked out. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to the bus sur station. The town felt safe, so walking in the early morning was no problem. Definitely recommend!

There's a cute cat here, and the host was very helpful. The little B&B is close enough to walk to both the town centre and bus station. If you just need a place to crash for a while, this works well.

The owner has a kitten that hangs out in the flat when he's there, and it's really sweet. We had a lovely stay, with the best breakfast of our vacation: coffee, tea, vegan milk, juice, bread, avocado, and tomato.

The room was simple and clean, with a comfortable bed. The host was friendly and even arranged a great taxi service. I'd recommend staying here.
