The location was the one good thing, close to the center, though very noisy. The toilet didn't work properly and breakfast was poor. We had paid for 2 nights in the family room, but on the second evening they wouldn't let us in. They had asked us to leave the card at reception, so we didn't have it with us. There was a mix-up on their end with the booking names. Once they realized the mistake, they didn't even apologize. They only spoke Spanish and were very rude.

The photos make it look much better than it is. The room was only 9 sqm, unbearably hot, and had no windows. Even though other rooms were available, they wouldn't let us switch. It was awful.

We barely slept because the place was so noisy all night. Whenever guests arrived, phones rang and people talked loudly, and the staff didn't speak English at all. A horrible stay. I'd go somewhere else and wouldn't come back.

A warm, welcoming place in a cold part of the world, with good rooms and service.

The rooms were really clean, and the staff were so kind. We had a lovely stay.
