Departamentos Costanera

The owner came by at midnight one day to deal with a report that the hot water was too hot. The manager was attentive throughout, and the facilities were generally in good shape. We picked this place from the many options because of the location and because the apartments looked new. Our apartment does need a few simple fixes: the bathroom door makes quite a bit of noise when opened or closed, and we brought that up directly with the owner. The main bedroom door is hard to shut, and both bedroom locks could use deadbolts since they only latch when the doors are closed. It should also be sanitized, or maybe fumigated, from time to time before guests move in. After a walk, we found a rather large brown recluse spider. There's a lot of investment in this housing complex, and the place has plenty of potential.

The beds were great, and the apartments were spotless and comfortable, with good heating. The service was excellent, too. Everyone was always kind and attentive.

The owner was really helpful and shared tips for exploring Punta Arenas. It's a cozy spot for a pleasant stay, and everything else was impeccable. There just isn't much parking.

We had plenty of space for four, and the decor was lovely. Costanera Avenue is just a few meters away, with Bories Avenue and downtown Punta Arenas nearby too. The neighborhood entrance can be a little tricky to find. Excellent experience.
