The owner is so friendly and helpful. He showed me on a map where everything I needed was and booked both my tours. The hospedaje is just outside the center, so it's quiet, and the walk into town is easy. I booked a single private room with lovely clean bedding and a soft, clean towel. The shared bathroom was spotless and had toiletries. The shared kitchen has everything you need, though it's only available from 5-11pm. Breakfast is free, too. Highly recommended.

The room was lovely and very clean, and the internet worked well. The lady was welcoming and very nice, though sharing the kitchen while she was cooking felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic but enough, and the upstairs common area couldn't really be used because it was so cluttered. There wasn't much of a hostel atmosphere.

We liked it so much that we stayed at this hostel twice during our time in patagonia. It felt like a family place, and everything was comfortable and clean. The host was really friendly and helped with everything, from finding us a rental car at the last minute to ordering a taxi to the airport. I can only recommend it to everyone.

The internet was fantastic and very fast. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with a good bed, and the staff were friendly. It seems family-friendly, since we woke up both mornings to young children screaming in the room next door. Breakfast was very basic, just toast, cereal, juice, and tea or coffee. You also don't get a key to the front door, so each time you go out, you have to wait for someone to answer.

It felt more like a B&B than a hostel, and it's about a 20 min walk from the city center, though cabs cost 2-3$ USD. Grandma is the boss of the family running the place, and she's so sweet and nice. She even helped me book a penguin tour late at night, which was amazing. The place was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the showers had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast wasn't grand, but it was better than the usual bread and jam at hostels in the area. They had coffee, tea, cheese, two kinds of bread, milk, cereal, butter, and jam. My only complaint was that it was hard to find someone to ask questions or change my booking, though I can understand that.
