The two dogs were very cute and friendly, and the WiFi worked well. The TV had Netflix and other options. Our neighbors were quiet, so the thin walls weren't a problem during our stay. We enjoyed our visit. Staff were friendly, the room was cleaned and made up daily, and they let us leave our luggage, which helped. We had a busy schedule and early starts, so we only caught breakfast once, but it was good.

It's easy to find places to eat nearby, and there's a kitchen if you'd rather cook. The location is excellent. Gustavo arranged a taxi to meet me at the airport after I arrived late at night following several flights, which I really appreciated. My Spanish depends on Google Translate, so being able to speak English here was a bonus. And there are two cute dogs in the backyard.

The staff were absolutely lovely, and the location was great. The rooms are cute and breakfast was okay. I'd definitely come back. One thing that needed attention: there was no soap in our bathroom.

We got to check in early, and the host was super relaxed and helpful. He did our laundry for free and made us breakfast. The room didn't have a window, which was the only downside. Otherwise, it was a lovely, wholesome stay. Thanks!

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the bedrooms and facilities are clean and well looked after. There's a full kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, and pans, plus a washing machine you can use for free. I'd absolutely recommend this hostel to friends and stay again if I return to Punta Arenas.
