The owner was friendly, and the breakfast was a little better than average. The rooms are small and draughty even with the windows shut, the bathroom flooring is “interesting” (see my picture), and there’s hardly any water pressure. It looks really cheap, but the price we paid wasn’t. In German I’d call it an Absteige. Not sure “cheap hotel” is quite the right translation. I wouldn’t come back.
The hosts were nice, and the place has a cozy feel. Internet speed was good, and towels are included, which is nice. But the breakfast wasn’t great, and the showers would randomly stop while you were using them.
It’s simple and affordable, but the owner takes great care of the place. The family is lovely and helps with whatever you need. If you want a clean, cozy place to stay, pick it.

They even got breakfast ready early so we could make our flight. The service was outstanding, and they were so helpful and accommodating. It’s a welcoming, friendly home with a lovely room and exquisite linens. I also loved that they’re pet-friendly.
