NH Antofagasta

For my daily meetings, the location was perfect since I was commuting to Le Negra each day. I stayed here again for a business trip to Antofagasta in July 2025. The rooms were very clean, a little dated but adequate, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The on-site restaurant had a varied menu, and breakfast each day was very good. Staff were friendly and always available. The lounge service was great too, with welcoming staff.

The sea view and the sound of the water at night were priceless, and the nearby restaurants by the water were a plus, even though it felt outside of "downtown". Breakfast was great, while dinner was good but nothing special. During my 5 days here, the rooms felt outdated and cleanliness could have been better. We also ran out of water two days ago. Service at the counter could be quicker, as there was usually a line and at least a 4-minute wait.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and having a small gym was useful. The pool would've been lovely if it had been heated. Reception welcomed us well, and the lobby was impressive enough. The rooms felt a bit worn, especially the bathrooms, and dinner at the restaurant was hit and miss. Good enough overall, but it could be better with a little effort.

The service was mediocre, and more than half the gym equipment was broken. I had to switch rooms twice because the AC wasn't working, and my colleagues also had to move because of broken ACs and showers.
