I had a pretty poor experience trying to communicate with the owner.

It's a bit far from the centre, though you can get Uber in the city, and hey, it's Patagonia, so walk! The area is quiet and close to a local brewery. There's a big social space, a well-equipped kitchen, and enough bathrooms. The owner was very welcoming and gave us lots of tips for Chile.

Maria is a warm, kind and attentive host. The hostel has lots of space and some stylish retro touches. I'd recommend staying here to a friend.

The dorm was small, but everything else worked well for me: really fast WiFi, a clean, new-looking house, a good kitchen, and a new comfy mattress. It's a handy location, about a three-minute walk to the terminal and eight minutes to town or the supermarket. When I was recovering from a sprained foot, the boss lady took good care of me.
