We felt comfortable enough to book another stay for our return from Ushuaia. The hostel is in a quiet, safe-feeling area, about a 20-minute walk from the center. Sebastian was kind and happy to suggest things to do in Punta Arenas. The common room is warm and welcoming, and while we met some lovely guests, there was no pressure to socialize. We stayed six nights and extended twice. Guests kept the evenings quiet, our room had its own bathroom, and all the facilities were clean and well cared for.

Sébastien is a fantastic host, and the cabin-like feel and lovely fellow guests make this place terrific. I’d stay a couple of days.

Great value, and it feels like staying with friends in a quiet spot just beyond the city center. The facilities are a little dated, but they’re clean and up to standard. Remember, payment is cash only.

The beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was the best I’ve had in South America. There’s a pretty big kitchen with good equipment, too. Sebastian, the owner, is really friendly and helpful. A lovely place to relax.

I liked it so much that I went back. Sebastian was kind and incredibly helpful, and I felt at home. Easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in.
