Our room had a comfy double bed plus two bunk beds. It was very clean and friendly, and we could use the kitchen in the evening. Breakfast was included in the price.

The room and bathroom were super clean, and the room was very comfortable. This is a small, modest guesthouse in a quiet, non-touristy part of Punta Arenas, though still close to the main sights. It feels like a real local place and was good value. The owner is a kind, helpful lady who speaks only Spanish, but Google Translate was enough for us to understand each other.

The common areas were handy after checkout, since we could leave our backpacks there and head out when we wanted. The cabins are very clean and well heated, with everything needed for cooking, and the shower was amazing. There's also a secure automatic gate and cameras. Graciela is caring and attentive, and made sure we felt at home and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Bonus photo of one of the kittens!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's in a quiet area near the Costanera, the rural bus terminal, and shops, and the security is good. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and there's a shared space for cooking. They provide a fridge for food and will lend you crockery, oil, and salt if needed. Good value, and they also have cabins.
