You can tell the owner really thinks about what travelers need and want. The place is so thoughtfully kept, and the owner is kind and considerate!

Everything was clean, the beds were super comfy, and the host was lovely. It had a really homely feel.

The guesthouse is extremely clean and just a short walk from the town center. The hosts were so friendly and kind, and worked hard to make us comfortable and help us out. We left an item behind, and they went to the bus station twice to put it on a bus to the place where we could get it back. Unbelievably kind. Thank you so much! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Punta Arenas.

Our upstairs room was spacious, bright, and cheerful, and everything was spotless. We stayed three nights and loved it. The host was very attentive, flexible, helpful, and kind. The guesthouse is on a quiet, safe residential street, about 1.5 km from downtown. Breakfast was more than adequate, and it was a great deal. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.
