The beds were comfortable, and the apartment felt almost new and was very clean. It’s a little out of the way, though there’s a bus stop nearby. The windows were somewhat dirty, so the view could have been nicer. We also waited outside for half an hour because the manager seemed to forget about us. Remind everyone of your arrival time the day before.

Don Ernesto made the stay especially pleasant with his exceptional service. My wife and I were there for two days in January 2024, and the place was spacious, clean, smelled nice, and was heated. We’d gladly come back.

Ernesto, the owner, was really kind and suggested places for us to eat. The accommodation was comfortable and only a few minutes from downtown Punta Arenas.

We spent 10 days in this welcoming house. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was heated. Thanks so much to Ernesto, our host. I’d definitely return.
