For what it costs, the overall package was absolutely fine. The rooms are very nice and the bed was comfortable, but one shower for 6-8 rooms could become a bottleneck in high season. Breakfast was the usual Chilean spread of sweet cereal, coffee, tea, toast, marmalade, cheese, and ham. We would've preferred fruit and eggs. The front desk staff only speak Spanish.

We were able to leave our luggage there for a few days while we went hiking, which was really helpful. The rooms were lovely and affordable, and the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Wonderful place, highly recommended.

The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, maybe because everyone was using it, but I still loved staying here. It was a bargain, with lovely rooms, friendly staff, and a very clean place. Breakfast was great too, with ham and cheese, toast, nectarines, cereal, water, and juice. Water was available all day.

We were happy with the stay, especially for the price, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room had recently been painted or renovated, and the paint smell bothered me at first. I would've opened the window for fresh air, but the street was fairly noisy. Walking from the Bus Sur location through the Plaza de Armas, the area looked a bit run down, though we had no problems. Some shelves or other places for our belongings would help, since we had to put things on the floor, and a trash can in the room would be useful too. We left early and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
