The staff were kind and accommodating, and brought us a portable heater when the heating in our room wasn't working. We used Google Translate to communicate because I don't speak Spanish, which was my fault for not knowing the language. The building is quite old, and I pointed out a faulty window to the manager because it might be a safety risk if left as it was. The shared bathroom was adequate, but the dining area felt small for the number of guests. The location is convenient: about three blocks from Punta Arenas's main street with plenty of shops and restaurants, a 20-minute drive from the airport, and a seven-minute walk from a scenic viewpoint over the city. It's a charming little place, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The receptionist went above and beyond. We arrived late and left early, and he gave us a packed breakfast. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was a decent size, with everything we needed for a short stay. Highly recommend, and thanks!

The room was comfortable and warm, and the shower was good. We arrived as two instead of three, and it was no problem. When we mentioned our early tour, they made us a lunchbox, and they let us leave our bags until we got back from the tour after noon. The nicest people and the greatest service. Couldn't ask for more.

My sister and I were both extremely happy with our stay. The room was very cozy, and the host was cheerful and kind, making us feel even more comfortable. When we said we'd be leaving before breakfast, they made us a lunchbox for the road. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us feel at home. This is the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Truly, thank you for the stay!

The rooms were clean and really warm, and the staff were so friendly. We stayed two nights, and since we had early trips each morning, they packed breakfast for us to take along. They also provide bathroom amenities, and the staff speak English. Great service, and I’d recommend it in Punta Arenas.
