We had a good stay in the glamping pods, with a private hot tub. Everything was clean, the service was positive, and since we arrived late, they gave us a late checkout the next day. I’d suggest getting a golf buggy to move guests and luggage around. Nobody wants to watch someone drag a heavy suitcase down a slope. The breakfast could be better too.

The cabins and the thermal tubs outside them were amazing, and the hot springs and restaurant were great too. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful trails and river. The prices felt reasonable for the quality of the cabins. Book a room, you won’t regret it.

We enjoyed the pools and the restaurant was good. Our A-frame was lovely, with a hot tub on the patio, and the surroundings were beautiful. Lucas was really nice and helpful, carrying our bags and explaining everything.

We came by bus from Osorno for the hot spring and had fairly low expectations from some earlier reviews, but had a really great day. The outdoor pool opens at 12:30, so we got lunch at the restaurant first. It was surprisingly delicious. The thermal bath was lovely and not crowded, on a weekday between Christmas and New Year. We took turns between the hot spring and cold shower and got the Wim Hof buzz! The shower and changing facilities seemed quite new and were pretty good. For 6500 CLP, it’s really good value, and we left feeling relaxed. If you’re already in Osorno and want a day trip, I’d recommend it. Just don’t expect the serene surroundings of a Japanese onsen, though it’s not a million miles off.
