Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did wait more than half an hour to place our order at the bar/cafeteria/restaurant, though. There was just one other table occupied, and only one woman working, who also seemed to be handling the kitchen. The carpet in the halls and rooms may have set off our allergies. Also, we had booked an ocean-view room, but trees in the courtyard blocked the view. Aside from those issues, it was a very good stay.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff were very friendly. I appreciated the comfortable room temperature and how well heated the common areas were. One suggestion: the room TVs could be updated. They're tiny and the sound is awful, which is especially annoying if you end up spending long hours in the room.
