It was heartbreaking to have the family outing we’d been looking forward to fall apart at the last minute. Hours before our New Year’s stay, the owner called to cancel, saying there’d been a mistake. I gave him our reservation code and said everything was in order, but he still said they couldn’t take us. The kids and the rest of my family had their bags packed and were left so disappointed. His lack of empathy and responsibility made it a really sad experience.

The owners gave excellent service. I’d definitely recommend this place to families.
