We booked a room for the same day and got it right away. Everything was clean, and the service was quick. I especially appreciated how comfortable it was and how good the service was. Very comfortable, clean, and well looked after.

The place was very remote, with no public transport even passing nearby. We waited an hour and a half for someone to open the door. When she showed us the room, she said work was going on in the patio but wouldn't bother us. The room was connected to her house and accessed through a large window, with no lock and a see-through curtain. The workers made so much noise at her house that I couldn't even start a conversation without shouting. The room smelled damp, and the dirt, lack of privacy, and lack of space were enough for me to say we were leaving and ask for our money back, since we hadn't even stayed. She refused, saying we had already seen the room in photos, even though the room in the picture clearly wasn't the one I was looking at. The lady was rude and gave no explanation. A total fiasco.

When I arrived at 2:30 PM, though check-in was listed as 1:30 PM, not one room was ready. I'd also booked two rooms with air conditioning, but they tried to give us one without it. They don't answer the phone, and only returned my call two hours after I'd tried several times. The owner also tried to change the rate when we got there, saying I had booked for only two people even though my booking was for four. Breakfast was NOT INCLUDED, and the kitchen wasn't clean. I don't recommend the place. The owner should publish the terms and conditions clearly. No tricks or fine print.

I visited with my family and it was a 10 out of 10. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the area was quiet, and the service was really friendly. I highly recommend it.
