Hotel San Enrique

The location is unbeatable, and the staff and service are excellent. Breakfast is very good and has plenty of variety. The rooms are a normal size, though the ones facing the roof feel a bit chilly. The floorboards creak whenever someone walks, which gets a little annoying. I recommend it.

The location is excellent in the off-season, and the staff are attentive. The rooms are comfortable, but very cold, even though they have heating. It would be a nice touch to have them warm before guests arrive. Blackout curtains would help with the light and cold air coming in through the large window. It took a while for the shower water to get hot. School bells were an unnecessary alarm clock, and hearing the school band rehearse for the parade was even worse. Better insulated windows would make a big difference.

It’s clean and quiet at night, a great place to rest. Definitely worth staying if you’re traveling for work. 100% recommended.

The reception and the rooms facing the street are fine, but the inward-facing rooms have small windows overlooking the warehouse. It seems to be a warehouse converted into rooms, perhaps one that used to be a hardware store, and from outside it looks like an old building. There’s also a noisy school across the street.
